It was soon revealed that Bert and Ernie began working on Sesame Street as a community service sentence, following an incident at a Los Angeles hot spot, where the Duo was seen selling uppers to Elmo, downers to Snuffaluffagus, and god knows what to Oscar the Grouch. Their first segment was met with mixed reviews. enjoy.
